THE ART GROUP IN ASHINGTON

We meet every Wednesday morning except the last Wednesday of the month

in Ashington Methodist Church Hall from 9.30 am and 12.30 pm.

We are a small, friendly group who use pastel, watercolour, oil, acrylic and pencil etc. We work on our own projects and at our own pace. We are fortunate in having expert guidance on hand from Pierre d'Angelo who encourages, challenges and stimulates us to try new things and to paint better pictures.

We welcome experienced artists, fairly new artists and those who feel like having a go for the first time.

We enjoy chatting as well as painting and are encouraged as we see individual paintings develop and skills increase.

Membership Yearly subscription £10.00 Weekly session fee £4.00 It is not necessary to make a commitment to come to every sesson, but it is nicer to see people on a regular basis.

Joining the art group Interested? Then call in to see us in action any Wednesday except the last Wednesday of the month between 10.00 and 11.45 am. Take the opportunity to meet Pierre, to chat to members, to see our paintings and to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee.
